I stumbled on this community a while back and joined because I liked their ideas. In the last month I have just about dropped everything else I am doing to promote and build this much needed community.

If you live in the US you know the problems that are arising. I believe the root of this problem is us shipping our jobs overseas and buying our energy from overseas. If we do not produce product to sell to others and develop renewable energy at home, we do not build our economy, We can not create jobs!

Setting on our butts and twisting numbers and devising new ways to mask the drop in income along with the rise in dept (700 billion a year and rising for foreign oil alone) or just waiting for someone else to fix it, has gotten us where we are today.
Well, we can stay on our butts waiting……… or we can get up and do something!

Out of all the politicians campaigning, and other big news going on lately have you heard anyone with an energy plan to loosen our dependence on foreign oil?  Only if they are pushed.

T Boone Pickens started  movement among Americans, for Americans to guide leaders into moving the 700 billion we send overseas for oil back to us to develop renewable energy sources of our own that will create jobs designing, building, construction, maintenance and more! Not to mention improvement in environmental aspects from using less oil that were a big deal earlier this year.

Yes Mr Pickens is a billionaire and he made most of it from oil.
 BUT!
He is giving back to all Americans!
No one else has an energy plan!
His plan opens up opportunities to develop all kinds of renewable clean energy!

It is easy to not worry about the people far way that are getting their lives torn apart by storms and flooding. Untill it happens to you .. then you wonder why others aren’t helping?

My heart, thoughts and prayers are with all of those whos lives have been ripped from their daily comfort.

What yanks my chain the most is the companies taking advantage of the whole country along with putting the screws to the people in the disaster even harder!

You all know who that is don’t you? Yup, Big Oil for one.

You see I am a member of a group that is marketing a plan to bring our country out of forgin oil dependence into clean renewable energy sources. So I know that over 70% of our oil comes from forgin suppliers. Completely shutting down the US oil suppliers wouldn’t change the oil situation much at all for about 5 years. When the price goes up this weekend, there is no real reason for it, just gouging the pocket books of the American people.

Water can be used to save gas or even replace it intirely!

Most people know what water is made of…. H2O (2 parts hydrogen, 1 part oxegen).  Hydrogen is used in rocket fuel and usually is projected as a very dangerous gas. Projected is the key word. Hydrogen is safer than driving around with a tank full of regular gas.

No, you don’t need a special storage tank or a hydrogen filling station (mostly only in California).

Just a small bolt on kit that generates hydrogen from water and injects  it into your cars intake creating a more complete burn of the gas you do use plus adding that extra  fuel (from water) for more power. No buying the stuff and paying for shipping every month then pouring it in every time you fill up…….

Lets face it… they have been saying we are running out of oil since the ’70s. Did we cut our usage? No we built bigger less economical cars!

I am thinking the government, big oil and the car manufactures have got us right where they want us and they all are pretty much locked into what they are doing.

How can we the consumer make it or even make a difference with this global warming with prices of alternatives so high they are out of the working persons reach?

There are advances in all alternative power sources. Solar is making huge strides and some can possibly at least afford backup power, heat or solar hot water. Wind power is getting more affordable, but will either of these alternative work for everyone?  There are lots of information recourses and the best way to find the info you are looking for is a search with very targeted keywords. .My interests at the moment is finding a way to afford to drive to work, shopping, and to go see my family ect……  Being a mechanic I have kind of liked the idea of running my car on water for years but have been scared I guess from lack of knowledge on the subject. About a year ago I began some research for a fuel catalyst that led me into  hydrogen generation and running vehicles on water (catalyst would be a patch that does not work well in all applications and the hydrogen generation will eventually be the only fuel source). The only problem I have found (besides the cost people with the knowledge are charging) is the only by product is water……. (a major pollutant…lol)  no…. this can cause rust. Not such a problem with most metals used in engines now.  Being from Vermont I can’t imagine my exhaust system rusting out from the inside!
